Today kicked off the memorial day weekend for most and Capt. Coby started it off in typical Cowboy Charters style , It got a little bumpy on the way out so the Amberjack were scratched for the day , but it ended with a nice box of Beeliners, Kingfish , Cobia and a erly bonus dolphin fish, Nice job gentlemen.
Tight lines Capt. Mike Jennings Another great weekend behind us and looking forward to the next few days. We are finally getting a break from the wind and the hight of the summer fishing season is upon us. We are offering a weekday special for the 48 days of red snapper season. The upper Texas coast offers some world class fishing from now through October.
Calm Seas Capt. Mike Jennings The wind is finally giving us and few breaks and the fishing is world class. Here is one of Capt. Coby's trips from this weekend, Amberjack and Beeliners (Vermilion Snapper) , Amberjack season will close for 60 days on June 1st . we only have a couple weeks left to fish for them until August. Red Snapper season opens in just 2 weeks and the fishing is as good as ever. Summer is just around the corner and we would be proud to be a part of your family vacation.
check out our Snapper season weekday special Tight lines Capt. Mike Jennings . The wind finally gave us a break , vermillion Snapper fishing is off the hook (pun intended) , not a bad day on the water , and looking forward to tomorrow. Amberjack season ends on June 1st , so come take advantage of the calm seas while they last.
Calm Seas Capt. Mike Jennings The Wind has been unusually tough the past few weeks , keeping us from making any long runs to speak of. Thankfully the nearshore fishing has been fairly consistent. We are less than a month away from Red Snapper season starting and looking forward to its arrival. we still have some days open and would like to have the opportunity to show you what a world class snapper fishery looks like.
Tight Lines Capt. Mike Jennings The Cobia have made it to Texas, we are already seeing them along the beach front. With the gulf oil spill last year we never really saw our Cobia migration west of the Mississippi River. The early arrival this year is a good sign. The recent windy weather has been a bit of a problem for us all, but we are still getting the occasional opportunity to make some decent runs.
Red Snapper season starts on June 1 , and we are looking forward to another stellar season. We still have one charter boat available for opening day, and would be proud to to have you aboard. Fishing on the Texas coast is back in full swing and we are proud to be a part of it. Tight Lines and Calm seas Capt. Mike Jennings The wind has kept us from running very far as of late , but the Redfish and Sharks near shore have been cooperating fairly well , giving us some exciting days on the water despite the weather. All in all its been a good start to the year. Red Snapper season is still set to open on June 1 , and if what we have been seeing during our early season Vermilion Snapper trips s any indication. We are going to see some world class fishing when the season gets here.
Tight Lines Capt. Mike Jennings Our Freeport and Galveston Fishing Charters have been wearing out the snapper , this photo is from this passed saturday .. Vermillion Snapper (beeliner) fishing is red hot , our Captains have been hitting them farily steady when the weather allows, The Bull Redfish charters have been seeing some steady action as well , We are now booking fishing charters for the summer and several weekends are already gone . Give us a call , we would be happy to earn your business.
Spring Break is upon us and as the water temperature heats up so will the fishing action . Although Red Snapper season is still about 90 days away the B-Liner , Kingfish and Amberjack are ready for the taking along with a few Wahoo. Our spring weather is as fickle as ever forcing us to change our plans on a fairly regular basis . Our silver lining is the ever present Bull Redfish. If the wind and wave conditions force us to stay on the beach the Redfish offer and fun alternative at an affordable price. Give us a call , we would be proud to earn your business. Capt.
