Booking Deposit & PaYment Policy

Please verify that the fishing date is available with the Captain, prior to placing a deposit or payment.

A MINIMUM DEPOSIT OF $500 IS REQUIRED per boat to reserve the charter fishing trip.

All Hunts require a 50% Deposit

In case of weather-related cancellations, or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, the deposit will be refunded or moved to another date. Per your request.

Customer-initiated cancellations are not eligible for deposit refunds.

Advance payments of any amount are nonrefundable after 6 months.

Once the fishing boat has left the dock, any customer request to return to dock for any reason will result in customer being charged in full for the trip that was scheduled.

All no shows the day of the trip will result in the customer being charged in full for the trip that was scheduled.
