*****GLASS BOTTLES AND BOOTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON THE BOATS *****
Will we catch fish ?
Simple answer is yes. as the old saying goes "its fishing not catching" but with that said, we do not run offshore and come home empty handed, not ever.
Our nearshore trips can be slow at times if currents, Tides, water temperatures or weather conditions are extreme, but these are the exception, not the rule. With all that said if your initial intent is to judge your trip simply oh how many dead fish you can pile on the dock you are missing the entire point.
Some of our species are migratory and we will do better on them at certain times of the year, but with our Offshore and Bluewater Galveston or Freeport Fishing Charters we will catch fish. Fishing is obviously about having fun and we will do our very best to provide that fun and safe experience, but we are about catching fish, not just giving you an expensive boat ride.

How does the fueL charge work ?
For all bluewater and offshore fishing trips, the cost and amount of fuel needed will be determined by current prices and the distance traveled offshore.
We make nothing off the fuel, it is simply what is burnt on your trip at that days current fuel price.
Our boats leave the dock full of fuel every day, we just simply top them off upon our return, that leaves no speculation as to what was burned on your fishing trip.
The distance traveled offshore will vary depending on the time of the year and what we are fishing for. As with ALL twin engine outboard boats our boats average about one mile per gallon. So a trip that takes you 40 miles offshore you will burn approx. 80 gallons over the course of the day. Be suspicious of unusually low fuel quotes.
Please call for an estimate on fuel costs for your Freeport, Galveston, Texas Gulf Coast bluewater or offshore fishing trip.
Fuel is included in the nearshore fishing charter.
